The Institute for Next Level Leadership (INLLE) was founded by Inely Cesna with the mission to empower leaders from within and unlock the innate leadership potential within each individual. INLLE's mission is to cultivate a new paradigm of leadership by tapping into the awareness and power of the essential life force that resides in every person, fostering a more authentic and powerful approach to leading oneself and others.
Inely Cesna, Esq., LL.M., D.S.S., M.A., M.I.P. is a dual-licensed attorney, mediator, coach, and educator practicing in both U.S. and Brazil. She brings a globally informed, heart-centered approach to conflict resolution and leadership development, combining legal precision with deep emotional intelligence. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Inely has successfully supported individuals and organizations across cultural contexts in resolving complex disputes, strengthening communication, and fostering transformative growth.
Her academic foundation includes an LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution, a Doctorate in Spirituality, Master’s degrees in both Psychology and Intellectual Property, Juris Doctor and a Bachelor in Laws. Her published research, “Applying Insights from the Enneagram Model of Spiritual Psychology to Enhance Neutrality and Success in Mediation,” appears in the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal (Vol. XXV, Issue One).
Inely’s professional background includes more than 15 years as an in-house trademark counsel for global corporations such as Mars, Unilever, and BASF, overseeing brand protection and enforcement across over 80 countries. In private practice, she has mediated more than 250 disputes in areas including employment, community relations, intellectual property, and family matters, with a proven 85% settlement rate. She has also completed over 6,000 hours of coaching and 1,000 hours of facilitation and training in leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
As the founder of the Institute for Next Level Leadership (INLLE), Inely designs and leads programs that integrate legal acumen with psychological depth and spiritual insight. She is an internationally recognized speaker, having presented at organizations such as the Association for Conflict Resolution, Southern California Mediation Association, Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators, the International Trademark Association, and the Associação Brasileira de Propriedade Intelectual. Her work has been honored with the Certificate of Appreciation from the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office for advancing community-police dialogue and the 2025 Pro Bono Service Honor Roll Award from the Virginia Bar Association.

My life has just been taken on a journey. For me, it was like surrendering and trusting without knowing where it was taking me. And, my mind used to wan to know “what does that mean? Where is that going to take me? What is that going to look like? Why am I being guided to this school? “ I just had to keep reminding myself “Don’t even try to figure it out, just trust, regardless of the outcome. And, it has been this amazing dance. I’m having a life now of doing things that I never possibly could have designed if I'd tried to control it. I am just so grateful and thankful, and, in fact, this program, when it came out, and Dr. See Love told me about it instantly felt in alignment. Looking at the information, my mind got involved thinking “Well, I am not looking to creating a business from this,” but in that moment, in that dance, I knew “it doesn’t matter. I know it is in alignment with me. I know for some reason I am meant to be here and who knows why is it so? Just trust.” And, I did it and I had an amazing time at the program and I am just so grateful and thankful for both of you.”
