The 2023 Leadership Essentials attract committed, successful, curious, and energetic individuals from diverse backgrounds who, despite remarkable achievements, have yet to experience the true enrichment and fulfillment of their Essential Nature.

Our ideal participants seek to cultivate serenity, humility, authenticity, equanimity, non-attachment, courage, discernment, wonderment, and engagement as the basis for their expression and contribution to the world.

The 2023 Leadership Essentials offers 11 profoundly transformative weeks in a safe, intimate, and supportive environment of like-minded individuals working towards similar goals and intentions.

Through a series of deep inquiries, you will develop ten pathways of enrichment which will guide you into

  • sustaining a thriving inner environment as the basis for your external achievements,
  • delivering meaningful results as you lead, coach, parent, or guide others,
  • fostering a life of fulfillment regardless of external circumstances,

HOW, WHEN & WHERE?

Sessions are online every Friday, from 9:45 am to noon (pst), from February 24 to May 19, 2023 (no classes on March 31 and April 7). Inely Cesna and Mike Murphy facilitate the sessions. Inely and Mike have a combined experience of over 60 years in leadership, coaching, and consulting. They founded the Institute For Next Level Leadership in 2019 with the mission of Empowering Leaders From Within. They help successful leaders achieve thriving and fulfilling lives by balancing outer achievements with an uplifting mental, emotional and spiritual foundation.
